Fuge LTD. Company History The plans for Fuge Ltd. began in May 1999, when Managing Director Ching-He Huang was studying for the finals of her degree in Economics. And it was her passion for healthy food and dream of owning an enterprise, which led to the creation of Fuge Ltd. in July, a mere two months later. The business began with the creation a range of fantastic noodle salads. The noodles and majority of sauces all sourced from Taiwan and the far east to ensure the products were 100% authentic. Fuge means “Well-being” in Mandarin and Fuge Ltd. wanted to create a range of healthy, authentic food with minimal use of artificial additives and preservatives. The company believe in “Shui-Yuan”, a phrase which translates as eating “With Flow”, enjoying food with miminal stress. A healthy diet is about balance. Since Fuge Ltd. started, the range has progressed to include noodle salads, pasta salads and leaf salads.There is also a range of naturally brewed health drinks called TZU which contain brewed sorghum vinegar. They are truly refreshing and good for you. As the company grows and the list of stockists increase, Fuge Ltd. continues the search for tasty, nutritious and healthy new products. With the support of our customers we aim to bring forth authentic ideas and recipes to the industry.
