Our Operations

We receive our supplies from local markets and from various specialist suppliers on a daily basis to ensure maximum freshness of our products. The ingredients are then prepared in our kitchens by our trained and passionate staff. We do not have fancy equipment, rather our products are individually and lovingly hand made fresh to order everyday. We then pack them securely and deliver them direct to our customers on the same day. We have a technical manager who works with us to make sure the products are of the highest standard and that our customers specifications and requirements are met. We work to BRC standards and our customers audit us on a regular basis. All our suppliers work to the same high standards and imported supplies are from ISO9001, ISO9002 and GMP sources, nothing less!
